As your business grows, you may find you need more from your Awesomate hosting — whether that's hands-on application support or the ability to request custom builds from our team. This article explains the three Awesomate hosting plans, what's included in each, and how to upgrade via WRKFLW.
Understanding Your Awesomate Plan Options
Awesomate provides secure, scalable hosting for small businesses running n8n, WordPress websites, and custom-built web applications. We offer three hosting tiers, each building on the last.
⚠️ Important: Awesomate's hosting plans are entirely separate from n8n's own commercial cloud plans. If you're managing your n8n instance through Awesomate, your plan and billing is handled exclusively through Awesomate — not through the n8n interface. Do not attempt to upgrade or manage your plan via n8n directly.
Essentials — $75/month
Our entry-level plan is designed for businesses that need reliable, well-maintained hosting without the need for ongoing application support. Essentials includes:
- Secure hosting with an up-to-date SSL certificate for your domain
- 99.95% uptime guarantee
- Proactive maintenance for scalability and speed
- Access to our Help Docs and curated online references
Please note: Essentials does not include support for the applications you run on your hosting (such as your n8n instance, workflows, or website). If you need help with anything beyond the hosting infrastructure itself, you'll need to upgrade to Support Plus.
Support Plus — $175/month
Support Plus includes everything in Essentials, plus direct support for your applications. On this plan, you can submit tickets to hello@awesomate.ai for help with:
- Your n8n instance, workflows, agents, and credentials
- Your WordPress website or custom web application hosted by Awesomate
- Any hosting-related issues
This plan is ideal if you're running into issues with your automations or website and need a team to troubleshoot alongside you.
Automations Pro — $375/month
Automations Pro includes everything from Essentials and Support Plus, and adds the ability to submit work requests directly to our team. This is the plan for you if you need us to build or design something new. Work requests can cover:
- Building a new n8n Agent or Workflow
- Designing or building a new landing page or website
- Any other custom development work
Here's how work requests are structured:
- 1 work request included per month at no extra cost
- Additional work requests are charged at $100 per request, covering up to 2 hours of labour
- If your request is expected to exceed 2 hours, we'll provide a separate quote before proceeding
Referred & Partner Pricing
Your pricing may differ if you joined Awesomate through a referral partner or program. For example, Business Blueprint members receive $25/month off their hosting plan. If you're unsure whether a discount applies to your account, reach out to us at hello@awesomate.ai before upgrading.
How to Upgrade Your Plan
All plan upgrades are managed through WRKFLW — not through the n8n interface or any third-party portal. Follow the steps below to upgrade your plan.
- Log in to your account at WRKFLW.
- Navigate to Billing or My Plan in your account settings.
- Select the plan you'd like to upgrade to and confirm your selection.
- Review the pricing summary, including any referral discounts that apply to your account.
- Confirm the upgrade.
What Happens After You Upgrade
Here's what to expect once your upgrade is confirmed:
- Immediate access: Your new plan features — including the ability to submit support tickets for your applications — are available straight away.
- Billing: Any change to your subscription cost takes effect at your next billing date. You won't be charged the new rate mid-cycle.
