How to request an email update

To update the primary contact email on your Awesomate account, send an email to hello@awesomate.ai with the following details:

  • Your organisation or account name
  • The current contact email address on file
  • The new contact email address you would like to use
  • The name of the new contact (if different from the previous contact)

Once we receive your request, our team will update your details in our CRM and in our accounting system so that all future communications are directed to the correct address.

What communications are affected

Updating your primary contact email ensures the new address will receive all account-related communications, including:

  • Billing and invoicing — invoices, receipts, payment reminders, and any billing-related correspondence from our accounting system
  • Webinars and events — invitations, registration confirmations, and reminders for Awesomate webinars
  • Support communications — replies and follow-ups from the Awesomate support team
  • Product updates and announcements — news about new features, releases, and service updates

What to expect after submitting your request

  1. You will receive a confirmation email from our team acknowledging your request.
  2. Our team will update your contact details in both our CRM and accounting system.
  3. Once the change is complete, we will confirm by email that the new contact address is active.
  4. All future billing, webinar, and support communications will be sent to the new email address.
