If you need to cancel your Awesomate account, you can submit a cancellation request directly from the Billing page in WRKFLW — no support ticket required. This article walks you through the cancellation process, what happens after you submit your request, and what to do if you change your mind.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

  1. Log in to your Awesomate account and navigate to the Billing page.
  2. Click the Cancel my subscription button.
  3. Your account status will immediately update to Pending Deletion.

What Happens After You Cancel

Once your cancellation request has been submitted, here is what you can expect:

  • End of billing cycle: Your account access will be automatically switched off at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Permanent deletion: Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted 30 days after access is removed.

This process is handled automatically — you do not need to contact support for it to take effect.

Changed Your Mind? How to Reinstate Your Account

If you would like to reinstate your account, you must request this within the 30-day period after your access has been switched off. After 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Important — Allow Enough Time

Please note that reinstatement requests can take 1–2 business days to process. If you submit your request on the last day before permanent deletion, the team may not be able to action it in time. Make sure you get in touch with plenty of notice to avoid losing your account and data.
